Team Meetups
You can work from our Chicago or Naples offices or wherever you prefer. We trust our team to get the job done wherever they may be but make sure to meetup a few times a year to celebrate the wins.
Wellness
You will receive a monthly stipend of $200 on the last paycheck of each month to be used for health and wellness, including gym memberships, exercise equipment, wellness professionals, etc.
401K & Insurance
It addition to a 401K plan where we match contributions up to 6% per pay period – Chomps offers amazing Health, Dental, and Vision coverage for individuals and families.
Family First
Employees can take as much time off as they need each year – we offer employees to take pregnancy leave of 6 weeks paid time off and/or parental bonding leave of 6 weeks paid time off.
