It's all just a bunch of hocus pocus... until you've had your morning pumpkin spice cold brew. We love starting every day of fall with something sweet, to pair alongside something savory (think our Original Turkey Chomps and some eggs). This recipe comes together in under 10 minutes and a great reminder that buying pumpkin spice lattes out is vastly overrated when you can make them at home.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cold brew
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ cup of ice
- whipped cream
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients from the heavy cream to pumpkin pie spice in a small glass or bowl. Mix ingredients together with a spoon to make sure pumpkin mixes into the milk.
- Next, use a frother to mix together all ingredients into a frothy blended "cold foam". Alternatively, you can add these ingredients into a high power blender and blend on high for 30-45 seconds.
- Pour into a glass of cold brew with ice and top with whipped cream (we recommend using from a can) and top with more pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon.
